Hello, ok I have 2 houses and 2 vacant lots, I get calls and text asking me to sell my lots or houses, NONE are for sell but I am willing to let one go, for the right price, now its not listed anywhere so I'm sure all of you are finding these lots from the tax records, that being said you probably haven't done any other research. Which cause me to take time to answer all of your questions and that takes about 20 minutes or more, with about 5 to 20 questions, so I decided to create this web page to give you all the answers,

6. I have no survey, but you can see its obviously from fence to fence is where the property is

ok, its a nice lot on top of a hill, Ive owned it for about 25 yrs, It was a little rough and had 3 older trees, I removed them so they wont fall on anyone, I got this as a gift for one of my daughter to build on whenever they are ready, or one of my grandsons, but for the right price I will let it go and make other arrangements with them, I tell all of you I will sell it go for 120K, then you come back with a weak offer of 40k, then I explain the property and then you offer 75k, then 85K, I turned down 2 offers of 85k in April of 2025, so please dont offer me anything less, I will not respond to those offers and all of the offers say they will pay for everything and for closing, survey, etc, and I don't have to pay for anything, the offer will be my clear amount, all offers are the same, but I will not take less than 100k clear
